Keri Chatham
Associate Agent
Keri graduated Delta State University in 2007 with a business degree in Insurance and Real Estate. Since 2007, Keri has worked several different angles of the insurance industry including brokerage, claims, sales and risk management. Keri joined Rawson and Associates, Inc in January 2022 as an Associate Agent. She handles personal lines, commercial lines, life insurance, employee benefits, equine and pet insurance. She is currently licensed in Mississippi and Texas. In her spare time, Keri enjoys spending time with her family, riding her cutting horses and watching football with her daughter.

Tammy joined Cris Rawson & Tony Page as a Commercial Lines Broker Agent in 2014, after 25 years with the Albert Moore Agency. She began her insurance career in 1978 at the Mississippi State Rating Bureau.
Tammy has been married to her husband Tony Smith for 29 years and has two children and 3 wonderful grandchildren.
Tina Downs
Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent
Tina is the Commercial Accounts Rep for our Nationwide policyholders. She has been in the insurance industry for 12 years, and 9 of those have been with our Agency. Until a year or so ago, she was one of our Personal Lines Reps. Her specialty is outstanding customer service. We still have a few clients that will only speak to her even though they are Personal Lines clients.
Tina is a native Mississippian, who grew up in Attala County, near Kosciusko. When she’s not busy keeping up with her teenage son, Shelby, and his band performances and Kung Fu, she enjoys cruising the Bahamas, and spending time with family in the Smokey Mountains.
Tony Page
Associate Agent
Tony started his insurance career in Property and Casualty Insurance in 1987 after graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi. He initially focused on the auto, oil & gas, and farm equipment industries in his early professional career. Next he worked for Stewart Sneed Hewes Insurance in Jackson, MS, before working as State Manager of the state of Alabama for Safeco Insurance. Over the years he has worked in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi, joining the Rawson team in 2013.
He is married to Sandra Rawson Page with two children, Mary Ivy and Cooper.

Kerri became a part of the insurance industry in high school as a Customer Service Representative. Soon after, she became a licensed agent and spent 3 years at an independent agency. She has now been a part of Rawson & Associates for over 10 years and specializes in Property and Casualty
Donald “Bubba” Vance

Bubba’s insurance career began in August of 1998 when he came to work for Cris. His personable nature makes him a natural Agent. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing. Prior to becoming an insurance agent, Bubba was a teacher.
His wife, Tammy, is a teacher in the Grenada School District and his daughter, Abby, attends Ole Miss.

Lauren joined Rawson and Associates as an associate agent on June 1, 2022, after 10 years with another insurance company as a customer representative. She became licensed in property and casualty in 2012 and that is when her love for insurance began.
Lauren grew up her entire life in Grenada, MS, attending Grenada High School graduating in 2007. Later, attending Holmes Community College-Grenada Campus, and Delta State University.
Lauren is married to Jason Martin, also from Grenada, and the two have three children, Shelby, Olivia, and Martha Claire. Between working full time and chasing three girls around from one sports event to another, Lauren doesn’t have very many hobbies she gets to enjoy. On rare occasions when they do have a free weekend, Lauren and her family love going out on their boat to Grenada Lake.

Cris Rawson
Primary Agent
Cris grew up in Jackson, MS, attending Mississippi Baptist High School, Hinds Jr. College, and then graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1981.
After college, Cris taught science and coached football and basketball at Bayou Jr. High School in the Gulfport School System. From 1984 to 1990, he taught Biology and coached basketball and tennis at Meridian High School.
He is married to Connie Beard Rawson, also from Jackson, and the two have four children, Hilary, Hannah, Mary Julia, and Caleb.
In October 1990 Cris began his insurance career with Nationwide Insurance. He believes in working hard to get his customers the best competitive rate along with the best coverages available for each individual situation, while providing excellent customer service.
His hobbies include spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and supporting his children with their sporting events.
Rena Wilbanks
Personal Lines Customer Service Agent
Rena started her insurance career in 1991. She has worked for Cris at Rawson Insurance Agency since 2002 in personal lines insurance. She has received numerous customer service awards throughout her career.
She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren on the weekends.
Pam Creswell
Associate Agent
Pam has been in the insurance industry 2011. She joined Rawson & Associates in 2017 as an Associate Agent. She handles personal lines, commercial lines, life insurance, and annuities. She is licensed in Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina, Indiana, Texas, Alabama, Kentucky and Georgia.
Pam grew up in Jackson, MS, raised her children in Madison, MS.
Mary Julia Williams
Marketing Agent
Mary Julia worked part time in the family agency for several years before becoming an associate agent in January 2021! She serves as our Marketing agent for personal lines and employee benefits! She is married to Joel Williams from Brandon and they have a son Shepherd Barry Williams! She enjoys working out, shopping, playing tennis and spending time with family!
